MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

This page tells you the Membership Terms & Conditions on which you are considered as a member of the , defines your rights and obligations as such member, and provides for the collection and processing of personal data by Look At Me and its affiliated companies (“we” or “us”).

Members are deemed to have accepted all these terms & conditions upon clicking the sign-up icon or button in the case of online or electronic registration.

1.  Look List Membership  

• ​​​​​A customer must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for the Look List.
• Creating an account with the Look At Me Online Store automatically qualifies you to become a Look List member.
• If your Look At Me account has been inactive for a period of three (3) years, we will deem such account to be no longer in use, for your protection. We will deactivate the dormant account and your personal information record related to the said account will also be deleted.
• We reserve the right to cancel the membership of any individual as well as all rewards and benefits under the Look List loyalty program.
• Your rewards and benefits as a Look List member cannot be transferred to other persons.

2.  Our Liability

• We are not liable for fraud, misuse, or other misconduct involving the purchase which may result in the immediate cancellation, restriction or termination of your Look List membership as well as other similar privileges.
• Your rewards, benefits and other privileges as a Look List member are not exchangeable for other rewards or benefits, or refundable, replaceable, or be sold or transferred for cash or credit.
• We have the right to revise and amend these Membership Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice by changing them on this Page
• We take privacy seriously. All personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For a full version of our Privacy Policy

3.   General

• You and we agree that the laws of Philippines apply to these Membership Terms & Conditions and that any dispute between us arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will only be dealt with by the courts of Philippines.
• Failure by us to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of such right.
• If any of these Membership Terms & Conditions are declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these Terms & Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
