What it does:
This non-greasy and non-sticky illuminator instantly brightens the skin with ultra-fine pearls and soft-focus pigments. Adaptable in its application, the lightweight formula can give an understated radiance when worn on its own, deliver a lit-from-within glow when used as a primer, provide additional luminosity when mixed with foundation or tinted moisturizer, and bring light to the high points of the face when applied as a regular highlighter.

"To use as a standalone product on the face or on any part of the body, dispense the appropriate amount onto fingers and then blend with a brush or fingertips. To use as a glowy primer, apply all over the face before putting on foundation. To use as an illuminating mixer, add 1-5 drops to a liquid cosmetic product and then mix evenly. Apply the mixture as one would normally apply the chosen product. To use as a soft highlighter, dab on the high points of the face after base makeup application. Pat in on the skin using fingers. "
