Using the pencil’s slim tip, draw small, hair-like strokes in an upward motion along the brow contour. Focus on filling in areas where hair is sparse and lightly go over the rest of the brow to even things out. If your eyebrow pencil has a spoolie or brush attachment, use it to groom hairs upward and outward to blend in color and set brows.
