How to Use Use the fine-tipped pencil end to outline and draw in tiny strokes in the direction of natural hair growth. To fill in sparse areas, use the shading pencil. Blend and comb brows into the desired shape using the spoolie brush. Tip: Pick the shade closest to hair color. Use Issy & Co.’s Brow Detailing Pen for further definition and layer on Issy & Co.’s Brow Volumizing Gel to groom and hold brows in place.
