This formula is not meant for those with commitment issues, as it will last through a few washes. .Rockabilly Blue is one of our strongest true, neutral blue hair dyes. This vibrant, ultra-powerful blue leaves cool tones on virgin, unbleached hair. For head turning results, we recommend lightening hair to a light level 9 blonde and toning hair before use to prevent unwanted hues.

"• Apply to dry hair and leave on for at least 30 minutes • Comb through to make sure it is applied evenly • Let process until hair color dries, this will prevent any unwanted bleeding. • Rinse with cool water away from the face!! • Rinse until water runs clear. • Once water runs clear, apply a thick conditioner to hair and rinse again until water runs clear"
