Directions
Apply to a clean, dry face. Leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Use ideally in the PM, no more frequently than twice per week.

I have an order that shows as delivered according to the tracking status, but I have not received the item. It is a skincare product that may lose its potency if not stored properly. I did not receive any call, text, or proof of delivery from the courier and I have no idea where they left it or who received it.
