What is a pre-order exclusive?

Pre-order exclusives are products that you can order at LOOK before they are released anywhere else. 

 

How to order BTS x AMOREPACIFIC Lip Sleeping Mask?

Easy! Just complete the checkout process like you normally would, do note however that COD and COP payment methods will not be available for pre-order products and simply adding the product/s to your cart does guarantee reservation. You will need to finish the checkout process to confirm your pre-order.

 

When will my pre-order item ship?  

The "ships on" date listed on the product page is an estimate of when we expect to ship your item/s. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships out.

 

The “ships on” date is an estimate date of dispatch. This date is subject to change and delay for reasons such as failed delivery attempts, bad weather and other delivery-related issues such as incorrect address and any other unforeseen situations beyond our control.

 

Should there be any delay or changes in the ship-out date, we will be updating you via email. 

 

Do I have to pay for the pre-order item during checkout?  

Full payment is due at checkout to secure your pre-ordered product. With that said, COD (cash-on-delivery) and COP (cash-on-pickup) payment options will not be available for pre-order items. 

 

Can I add non-preorder items to my order?  

Of course! Add as many products to your cart as you please.  Do note however that your other items will be shipped along with your pre-ordered product so be prepared to wait until your entire order is complete and ready to ship out. 

 

What if I accidentally chose COD as my mode of payment?  

COD orders will automatically be cancelled. We suggest placing a new order with the correct payment method.

 

Can I use my discount voucher for pre-order items?  

Pre-order items cannot be combined with other promotions.
