Gift Card Terms & Conditions

LOOK E-GIFT CARD Terms and Conditions 

 

1. Look E-Gift Cards are available to purchase from our website at www.lookatme.com.ph and may be applied only to online purchases.

 

2. E-Gift Card is available in denominations of Php500.00, Php1,000.00, and Php2,000.00. No adjustments or changes to the denomination or value of the E-Gift Card can be made after the order is completed. The E-Gift Card is neither reloadable, refundable, nor convertible to cash.

 

3. You may pay for the E-Gift Cards using the same modes of payment indicated here.

 

 4. You will receive the E-Gift Card with the unique code via the registered e-mail address for your Look Account within the same day that the order was placed. As the purchaser of the E-Gift Card, you may either directly forward the email with the unique code to your gift recipient OR print out the E-Gift Card code.

 

5. Look At Me cannot replace or reimburse the E-Gift Card if lost, stolen, or redeemed without your authorization. Please secure your E-Gift Card and treat it with utmost protection as its value can be redeemed by whoever finds or gets access to the unique code.

 

6. The value contained in the E-Gift Cards does not have any expiry date.

 

7. Partial redemption on the E-Gift Card is allowed. You can use the remaining balance for your next online purchases from Look At Me. However, only one E-Gift Card may be redeemed for every online transaction. In case the purchase price exceeds the remaining value of the E-Gift Card, you may select other modes of payment for the price difference.

 

8. All purchases paid using the E-Gift Cards are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Look At Me Online Store, such as but not limited to the policies on shipping of purchased items, returns and refund,.

 

9. In the unlikely event that the transaction process system is temporarily unavailable, we will not be able to process E-Gift Card transactions during this time.

11. Gift cards cannot be purchased in conjunction with vouchers and cannot be purchased with a discount. It can only be purchased with the declared denomination.
