Trained as a painter and a sculptor, Dany SANZ discovered makeup and body art while she was painting theatre sets : a revelation! In the eighties, there were very few makeup products available and a limited number of shades. To address the unmet needs of makeup artists, she created the MAKE UP FOR EVER brand in 1984. She developed her first highly pigmented and high-performance formulas. A true revolution in the world of makeup: a creative and innovative brand with products designed for everyone. PRO SETTING TECHNIQUE

Our pros’ go-to technique for setting, mattifying, and correcting.

#1: Apply Ultra HD Invisible Micro-Setting Powder from the center of the face outwards with sweeping strokes for a light, natural matte finish.

#2: Set the undereye if desired. Remove excess concealer with your brush before applying powder.

#3: For a super-smooth finish, do a final sweep across the face with your brush to remove any extra powder.

PRO BAKING TECHNIQUE

Set your base makeup by letting it bake.

#1: Take a generous amount of Ultra HD Invisible Micro-Setting Powder with your puff or brush.

#2: Apply to the undereye area in a triangle shape with a dabbing motion—without stretching the powder.

#3: Leave on to bake for 5-10 minutes. The heat from your skin will bake (set) your foundation and concealer.

#4: Swipe off any excess powder with your brush.
